The Bay Coastal Community Team’s Shaping The Bay public consultations are making their way round the Bay!
Join us around the campfires on Small Hope Beach, Shanklin to listen to live music, cook up marshmallows and ideas, tell stories of bygone days and help shape a new future for the Bay. Whether you’re 5 or 105 don’t miss a chance to take part in this musical fiery forum by the sea!
There’ll be live acoustic and original music brought to you by Spike Oatley Music and friends plus other special winter specials including art with Hannah George - Makings, plus warming refreshments at the new Salix Cafe alongside.
Arc and Eccleston George will be there on behalf of the Bay CCT to collect your thoughts and aspirations… what you love about Sandown Bay and what you believe would make it even better. So feel free to come along inspired with ideas to draw, write, fill in a postcard… or just hang out by the fire and stare at the stars!
All ages welcome! Don’t forget to wrap up warm!
Find us near the Salix Cafe, Small Hope Beach, Hope Hill, Shanklin.
5pm - 9pm
Live music from:
Lewis Shepperd, Emma Wilkinson, Becky Rice, Paul Armfield
PS. If you can, why not come on foot, roller-blade or bike along the Esplanade or revetment to make the most of the special views.
