The Isle of Wight Long Distance Walking Association four mile Needles Walk takes place on Sunday 2nd August from 4pm.

From Needles Park, Alum Bay (GR 307855) to The Needles and back, walking, scrambling over rocks and wading – at very low tide.

Return to Park by 1915.
