Factory worker Sandra returns to work after a long-term absence to find her job is at risk as her colleagues have been offered a generous bonus if she is fired.

She has one weekend to visit each workmate individually and persuade them to vote against the bonus scheme and save her job, all the while battling with the symptoms of depression. Marion Cotillard gives a heart-wrenching and credible performance as a vulnerable young woman trying to maintain her dignity and defend her desperate position.
