Wednesday 14 Jan - 11 Feb and 25 Feb - 25 March (no class 18 Feb - break for half-term)

A beginners yoga class that allows you to gently stretch and relax the body releasing tension, helping you to unwind. This class includes simple meditations, relaxing breathing techniques and deep relaxation, helping to bring balance and harmony to body and mind.

Held at Ryde Chiropractic and Complementary Therapies, 81 George Street, Ryde. Opposite the Co-op car park.

Class is held in room 3 on the first floor, please leave shoes and coats outside the room and come in to relax.

Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you wish, wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and cushion for relaxation if you would like to.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration. Price: £2.50
