This will be based around the sweat lodge ceremony,using the handheld hoop drums. It will start with a opening ceremony followed by the healing drum circle which will contain four rounds of drumming. They will be healing for self, a prayer round for others,Mother Earth and a thank you round. The rounds will vary in beat's but all are easy to follow.We will then close the circle with ceremony. No experience needed as guidance given throughout and we shall have some spare drums to use for those that haven't got their own. And for those that have,please bring them along.

Doors open at 19-30 to meet ,greet,smudge and settle. Then the front door will be locked at 19-50 for the ceremony and circle to start and those taking part not to be disturbed.Tea,coffee etc will be after we have closed the circle.
