Free Entry Morning at the Museum of Island History

Saturday 30 November – 10am – 1pm

Drop into the Museum of Island History on Saturday 30 November and explore the new exhibition ‘A Tale of Two Shipwrecks’. Come and meet members of the Heritage Service team and bring your archaeological finds to be identified by the Portable Antiquities Scheme.

There will be hands on activities for families, come and make a Christmas decoration or a badge to take home.

Explore our heritage shop for some unusual Christmas gifts.

Admission will be free on this special day, we will then be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings throughout the winter period. Look out for our talks, handling sessions and special events.

The event is organised by the Isle of Wight Heritage Service.
