Learn to dance Lindy Hop, the original Jive dance.

Not only is dancing fun and good for you physically and mentally, but research indicates a 76% reduced risk of dementia So its a win win.

Lindy Hop originated in the 1920's and 30's in Harlem, New York and became popular in the UK during the war years. Since then Lindy Hop has enjoyed a revival and has become a hugely popular partner dance.

There is no need to bring a partner. Everyone is welcome including those with two left feet :-)
