The monthly meeting of the Philo Cafe at Cowes Library is on Thursday 17th January 7 - 9pm.

This is a friendly philosophical discussion group using the form of Socratic Method of careful listening and considered responses. The group follows the tradition of a critical philosophy as used by the Society for the Furtherance of Critical Philosophy.

No knowledge of academic philosophy is needed as critical philosophy begins with the experience of ordinary people. Topic for discussion is: When do teams flourish?

There is no need to book, just go along for a friendly, interesting evening. Refreshments are provided.
