Fri 28 Dec 10am-12.30pm BOOKING ESSENTIAL Join our rangers for a bracing four mile guided walk over Tennyson and West High Downs to work off that Christmas lunch and blow the cobwebs away.

We'll be showing you how we look after the downs for wildlife, hopefully spotting some winter birds and looking at how the landscape has been formed over millions of years.

We’ll also stop at the Needles Battery, where you can purchase warming drinks and a bite to eat in the tea-room. Please wear clothing suitable for the conditions and walking boots or shoes. Meet at High Down Pit car park PO39 0HY (SZ 325 856).Guide dogs only. Donations welcome.
