Simon Goodenough, former Curator of Ventnor Botanic Garden, is giving us an illustrated talk about his present place of work. It will be good to see him back.
Folly Farm Gardens were laid out in 1912 by Sir Edwin Lutyens and Gertrude Jekyll. Garden designs evolved during culmination of their partnership and considered one of their most complex. They were extensively restored and replanted by the current owners, assisted by Dan Pearson.
The talk will be followed by a Buffet Supper - vegetarian based (with add-on for the carnivores!) - in the edulis restaurant.
