A free drop-in mental health support group for pregnant Mums and Mums with babies under one year old.

The sessions run on the second and last Wednesday of the month.

We provide a safe, informal setting with sensory play at each session-please bring a change of clothes.

The group is run through the Isle of Wight Women's Centre by the Perinatal Team.
