Doug Alldred & The Silver Lining mix singer/songwriter sensibilities with soaring melodies, earning their last EP 'A Little Knowledge' airplay on BBC Radio 2, Union Jack Radio, and BBC Introducing. They return to Ventnor Fringe after a sold out show in 2017.

The beautiful surroundings of Bonchurch Old Church will again play host to a very special candlelit acoustic performance from the band, fresh from sets at The Isle of Wight Festival & Rhythmtree Festival. Performing chilled-out relaxed versions of their new double-A side single recorded earlier this year at the Island's own Studio Humbug, as well as even newer songs on show here for the very first time and some old favourites too, don’t miss the chance to see this band perform acoustically in a perfect setting. Doug says, "We loved playing in the beautiful 11th Century Church in Bonchurch so much last year we thought we'd come back and do it again, with some new songs to play for you too.
