Free Arts Workshop!

Friday 6th July 10am - 1pm

Sandown Beach - meet us to the left of the Pier.

Join artist Hannah George on Sandown Beach to draw and paint on the sand and surrounding area. We'll use watercolours, drawing materials and coloured sand to create artworks. No experience necessary, it's about having a go and looking at this remarkable spot with fresh eyes!

All materials are provided. Booking essential as places are limited. For adults and children (aged 8 & over). All children must be accompanied by an adult.

To celebrate the natural and built landscapes of the East Wight area, Wild About Wight have commissioned a group of Island artists to deliver a programme of workshops and events running right through til 2019. All the art and community history we create will be brought together for our Wild About Wight exhibition at Quay Arts next year, just in time to celebrate #Biosphere 2019!
