Gift to Nature, the Island’s local conservation charity, will be holding a very special event this Spring, at the iconic Golden Hill Country Park in Freshwater.
Just a stone’s throw from the site of the legendary 1970 Isle of Wight festival, the park has been used unofficially for many music events over the decades but this is the first official staging of a live music event and all to raise money for the work Gift to Nature does, in looking after and improving our public open spaces and nature reserves right across the Island.
But supporting this important work is not the only reason to attend this special event as the entertainment lineup is certainly not one to be missed.
The headline act for the event is classical trained rock pianist and Ventnor Fringe favourite, Tensheds, supported by local musicians The Moonshiners, The Herd, Company B, Second Time Around and Between the Boots and Me. A fabulous array of hugely talented artists all pat one very important event. Licensed Bar and hot food available throughout the event and accompanied children welcome.
