The monthly Philo Cafe at Cowes Library is from 7 - 9pm. Using a form of the Socratic Method of careful listening and considered responses, the group follows the tradition of a critical philosophy as used by the Society for the Furtherance of Critical Philosophy (www.sfcp.org.uk).

No knowledge of academic philosophy is needed; critical philosophy begins with the experiences and wisdom of ordinary people. Topics for discussion: - Patience or When must I share?
