Summer 1910 and the eccentric Van Peteghem family settle in at their cliff-top villa overlooking the picturesque Slack Bay.

Their leisurely life is interrupted by two bumbling inspectors investigating a string of missing tourists.

As macabre mysteries mount and love grows between the family's teenage boy and the son of a local fisherman, expect a black comedy with slapstick farce, absurdist satire and some nasty surprises along the way!

Ventnor Film Society meets in Ventnor Arts Club, 13 High Street, Ventnor, which offers comfy chairs and HD projection.

Screenings take place fortnightly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7.30pm.

Entrance is £6, with under 25s enjoying a discount of £3, payable at the door and the bar is open from 6.30pm.
