Doing the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is a real adventure from beginning to end!

West Wight Sports & Community Centre will be holding an information evening on Tuesday 19th September at 7pm. It is a chance for young people and their parents/guardians to come and find out more about this fantastic programme.

DofE is open to ages 14 to 24 and is a great way to learn new skills, make new friends and achieve an internationally recognised award. You choose what you are going to do, so your programme can be full of activities and projects that get you buzzing. You just need to commit to doing them for at least 3, 6 or 12 months depending on which level of award you are working on.

Along the way you’ll pick up experiences, friends and talents that will stay with you for the rest of your life. If you have already started your DofE at another centre, you can transfer to us to complete your award.
