Your chance to be part of an exciting Island recorder band which meets once a month playing ensembles of duets trios quartets quintets etc. It is a chance to make music and dust off the cobwebs from your recorders and get back into it.

We are looking in particular for alto. tenor and bass recorder players who can read music and who enjoy playing recorders in a group to a high standard.

We would give concerts if people were enthusiastic for that idea, but above all we want to give people the chance to play together and enjoy the music both classical and modern! Inaugural meeting in the downstairs conference room , beside the cafe at Quay Arts 7.30-9pm
