As part of my Residency at the Botanic Garden I shall be exploring natural dyeing to create print and pattern using the different varieties of plants and trees growing in the Garden. This workshop will give you the opportunity to experiment with eco print and pattern on natural fibres such as wool, cotton, linen and silk. This workshop is an introduction to eco dyeing and as such is experimental allowing you to produce several samples for later development.
