A local history walk that takes place on Saturday 22nd October, starting from the Esplanade Pumping Station at 10.30.

The walk takes 2.5 hours and covers 2.5 miles.

Stopping at key locations we explore climate, health, medicine, sanatoria, hospitals and doctors, telling the story of Ventnor's development as a Victorian health resort.

Free, but donations for The Ventnor & Undercliff Heritage Partnership are welcome. Part of the October Walking Weekend.
