Join us on this tried and tested, popular programme which is designed for beginners to gradually build up your running ability, so you can run 5k without stopping. The 9 week ‘Couch to 5k’ programme is led by experienced runner Julie Dixon. Sessions are FREE and will run every Saturday morning at 9am, with new programmes starting every 10 weeks.
For those want to progress their running, we are now offering a 5k to 10k programme.
