Dimbola will be hosting a talk on Wednesday 8th June at 7:30pm by the highly respected English author Clinton Heylin who has written extensively on the life and work of Bob Dylan, combining interviews with discographical research.
In 1991 he published the full-length biography 'Dylan Behind The Shades' which was re-published in a revised second edition in 2000, containing 60,000 words of new material.
He has also written highly regarded biographies on Van Morrison and the late Sandy Denny.
Clinton will be giving a talk entitled 'From Forest Hills to Free Trade Hall' about Dylan in 1965/66.
His forthcoming book 'Judas' is about those momentous days.
To support the talk, Clinton will be showing vintage and rare footage, and will be happy to sign books.
The entrance fee is a bargain £5 - payable on the door.
