Zen Meditation & Mindfulness for Wellbeing course.

This course takes a looks at stress, pain and anxiety along with traditional Zen meditations to help improve your whole wellbeing. You will discover more about mindfulness and how to approach your life with kindness and awareness, bringing these practices into your daily life.

During the course we will cover:

• Body Scan Meditation
• What is stress?
• Counting Breath Meditation
• Meditation and Mindfulness and physical pain
• Mindful Movement
• Emotional stress, anxiety and depression
• Role stress and time pressure
• Following the breath meditation
• Taking care of yourself
• Elevated function of body and mind
• Practice of presence meditation
• Changing your life

£100 for 8 weeks (£12.50 a week) includes a CD of meditations, folder, pen and diary, weekly handouts and ongoing support and advice.
