If you are looking to get fit but find it hard to motivate yourself or are just looking to get back into fitness then this is the class for you.

Circuits are suitable for all fitness levels, working the whole body to whatever level you are at.

The class is fun, fast and extremely friendly. ideal for burning fat, building lean strength and building up your fitness.

Only £3 for your first session and £5 a session after that it is affordable. Sessions last an hour including your warm up and cool down.

Doors open at 5:45pm but the class starts at 6:00pm and lasts 1 hour
