SingAbout is a social singing based activity based on a recognised music therapy. It can help to improve your memory, breathing, movement, speech and confidence.

It's fun and free and an opportunity to get out and meet people.

No musical background necessary - come along and try it.

New session starts 12th November 2pm-4pm St James Church Hall, Church Path, East Cowes.

Sessions are Free and refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome and we encourage carers and family to attend.
