Key visual autogenic training

A deeply relaxing yoga class that helps to gently stretch and relax the body releasing tension, helping you to unwind, bringing balance and harmony to body and mind. It includes calming meditations, relaxing breathing techniques and deep relaxation.

Tuesday 9.40am - 10.40am, 6.15pm - 7.15pm & 7.30pm - 8.30pm
