The Shorewomen poets perform their collective piece The Wreck of the Irex.

The famous shipwreck occurred in January 1890 when the Irex was blown off course onto rocks near The Needles on its maiden voyage from Glasgow to Rio.

The work dramatises events on land and at sea as the daring rescue mission took place....
