We shall start the evenings' drum journey with a opening ceremony then settle down with a heart-beat meditation, to help get into the right 'space' before leading you into your Journey, where you may connect with your Guides or Power Animals. When we have finished we shall then close the circle with ceremony.

Please bring a blanket or mat to lie on although we shall have some spare blankets to share,a blindfold or scarf to cover your eyes with and a open mind and heart.

Doors open at 19-30 to meet ,greet,smudge and settle. Then the front door will be locked at 19-50 for the ceremony and journey to start and those taking part not to be disturbed
