Learn traditional Japanese Karate with Bembridge Shotokan Karate Club, affiliated to the Shotokan of England Karate Union (SEKU).

Shotokan Karate helps to improve health and fitness, promotes self confidence, self defence and self awareness.

Classes for children aged between 9 and 15 will be held every Wednesday and Saturday, £2 per session and the classes will be FREE for the month of October.
