On Sunday the 24th August there will be the last full Open Day of the season at the Lifeboat station in Freshwater Bay from 1030 until 4 pm.

All the usual fun stalls for adults and the kids, Splat the Rat, Wiggly Wire, Hook a Duck, Teddy Tombola, Treasure Hunt, Jewellery and of course books.

The crew will be on hand to show you around our fabulous new boat and explain what we are all about.

There will be great refreshments in the boathouse. Home-made cakes, savoury rolls and hot and cold drinks but if you would prefer something hot the fabulous Wildwood Pizza van will be there as well from 12-4pm.

The lifeboat shop will of course be open with its usual range of goods -and of course the all important Ice Creams.

Come along and meet the crew, see the boats and have a great day out.
