The Old Thumper Jazz band, fronted by the experienced and always entertaining Chris Walker, was originally formed for an open day at The Ringwood Brewery in June 2003 and plays primarily at Festivals (both the Beer and the Jazz varieties), jazz clubs and private functions. Frequently, they also “play away” the ocean going cruise ships from the quayside in Southampton.
