Charming formed in November 2011 and settled into their line up in December. They gigged for 1 year as a four piece and in October of 2012, Lisa joined with her shakey eggs to form a five piece.
As this five piece, they play Alternative Folk Prog Rock, which is a genre put together using all their influences.Mumford and Sons, Kodaline, Dry the River and Radiohead are just some of the bands that help influence Charming’s unique sound.
Bestival, Isle of Wight and V Dub are some of the festivals charmed by the folk rock quintet. They have also played venues such as Joiners in Southampton (supporting Billy Lockett), The Octagon in Bath (Party In The City) and The Talking Heads in Portswood (Oxjam).
