The Ventnor Botanic Garden is hosting a Community Open Day to give everyone an opportunity to see the changes in the Garden that have been taking place during the winter.

The Olive Grove has been extended with many new trees planted and the area around the pond transformed into an extension of the Mediterranean Garden with new landscaping and planting.

Funding for both of these projects has been provided by the Friends.

There should be some music and the refurbished Garden Café (suggestions for a new name welcome) should be open as well as the Plantation Room.

Saving the best for last, admission to the Garden for this special event is FREE.
