Lottie Rann of 11 years contracted meningitis for the second time in April, she was rushed to Great North Children's Hospital, Newcastle, for a 7 hour operation to ease the pressure from her brain and spinal chord, an operation that saved her life but left her paralysed from the neck down.

Lottie is currently at Tadworth Court, a children’s rehabilitation unit in Surrey. Lottie's family desperately want to bring her home but need to make sure their bungalow in Niton is suitable first.

They have received money from the local authority and Meningitis trust to adapt their home to accommodate Lotties motorised wheel chair but it is not enough.

We have founded the 'Lottie Rann Trust' to raise extra funds so they can fully adapt the property and bring her home as soon as possible.
