The Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra are giving a concert to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

This will contain music linked to the Royal family and willinclude Elgar's Cockaigne Overture, Walton's Orb and Sceptre March and the Three Elizabeth's Suite by Eric Coates. The concert will conclude with a Last Night at the Proms style finale, featuring such favourites as Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and Land of Hope and Glory.

For the finale audience participation is encouraged - flags will be available! The evening will be conducted and compered by the orchestra's musical director Jonathan Butcher.

It will be an evening suitable for all the family.
