As part of National Farmhouse Breakfast Week, West Wight Sports Centre is providing FREE SPORTS ACTIVITIES on Saturday 29th January.

The Isle Of Wight NFU will be providing FREE ISLAND PRODUCED/REARED BREAKFASTS to everyone who takes part in a physical activity that morning.

Also supporting the event will be Natural Enterprise and the aim is to promote the health benefits of both exercise and starting the day with wholesome meal.

Free activities will be :

0700 - 0900 Lane swimming

0900 - 1000 Circuit training (adults only)

1015 - 1100 Zumba for kids/families

0900 - 1100 5-a-side football tournament for West Wight Primary Schools

All children taking part in their usual swimming lessons that morning will also be entitled to a free breakfast after their lesson.

The breakfast will consist of bacon roll, sausage bap or scrambled egg. All the products will be reared or produced on the Isle of Wight. Also in attendance will be a local Farm Shop.
