A new networking and social event for all Film, TV and Media folk on the Isle of Wight kicks off this Thursday.

If you want to meet the movers and shakers in the Island's film industry, make sure you head to the Black Sheep Bar in Ryde from 7.30pm.

If you're a film or media student, this could be a great opportunity to pick up advice and contacts.

Barbara Jane Mackie, screenwriter and producer, will be there to greet you!
