Annual Hedgelaying Competition

The annual hedgelaying competition returns at the end of February, this time at Kings Manor Farm in Freshwater.

This free event provides a wonderful opportunity to see the ancient skill of hedgelaying in action.

Teams taking part comprise experts in the field (boom boom), as well as beginners.

The action starts at 10am and it's 'tools down' at 3pm.

Prizes will be presented at approx. 3.30pm.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
